Faith Team
Faith Team at St Helen's
Our faith team strongly believes in promoting the school’s vision and Christian Values and are great role models to the rest of the school. Members of the team represent their peers in issues connected to RE, prayer, collective worship and church services.
Our ‘Faith Team’ is made up of two children from each class led by Mrs Golding. We hold Faith Team meetings where we discuss our activities and plan for future projects and discuss worship. We believe in having a strong pupils' voice and strongly encourage the children to think of their own ideas and how to promote our school values.
Our Faith Team have strong links to our vision and will lead collective worship in their class and bring their class stone to the cairn in whole school worship. They embody the vision and ethos of our school!
In recent meetings with Mrs Golding, Faith Team have wanted more singing in all worships and this element has now been added in all woships including Star of the Week!
